Summary of the studySummary of the study "this study has focused on usability of videoconferencing such as

CUSeeMe which currently being used in companies and universities. They have used a questionnaire to gain the opinions of CUSeeMe members . In usability they focused on the ease of set up the program from very easy to very difficult. Problems that occur in using this technology were ( Sound, hardware, frame rate).then they used atonal of 17 other videoconferencing technologies and 13 of those were rated in three areas of ( Refresh rate, Quality and ease of use). The CUSeeMe did well only in rating of ease of use but compared with other technologies it did poorly in the two other factors ( Quality and Refresh rate)"
