Review TEACH Information on the Worklist Item Detail Screen Description field shows program

student is enrolled in Cumulative GPA

Review Additional Data to determine if remaining TEACH Eligibility that can be offered in the Summer term If student received the annual

limit for TEACH they are not eligible for Summer, close worklist item

If student received less than the annual limit for TEACH and are still meeting all TEACH requirements, they are eligible for Summer TEACH Grant

Offer TEACH Grant for Summer Term

Note: Student may not receive more than 50% of the award in the Summer term even if the student has more than 50% remaining of the annual limit

If student has remaining COA for the Summer term go to Assign Awards to Student

Add a row under all need-based aid and offer the TEACH Grant for Summer Item Type: 910105099950 Validate Post
