TIPS FOR EXCELLENT MEMORY !

Instead studying at late night, get early in the morning as early as possible.

Do some exercise in the morning – Morning Walk, Yoga, Pranayam etc.

Regular, Deep and Continuous Sleep is very essential. Have a fresh and nutritious diet. Try to be aloof from stress and tensions. Discover your Stress relief factor/ element. Try to be detached from any kind of Addiction. Controlled use of TV, Internet, Mobile, Games etc.
