  • (1) Every Board must, for each school it administers, prepare and maintain a school charter.
  • (3) A school charter must contain the following sections:

  • and (ii)establishes for the next 3 to 5 years the Boards aims, objectives, directions, andpriorities for intended student outcomes, the schools performance, and use of resources.
