“Digital tales from our countries”

This eTwinning project, based on finding traditional tales of our countries and then creating our own cooperatively, brought students together in such way that the students of DDMN Primary school in Chania, Greece invited a grandmother to tell them a cretan traditional tale, “The riddle”. The students of Stavraki, in Ioannina, Greece, read the tale and then, they wrote down their impressions of the tale, drew it and sent it to their peers in Chania by mail. In the end, the students of both schools made the digital tale, “The Riddle”.

This way, by exchanging thoughts and ideas, both schools o learned about different cultureso used their writing skills o applied their communication skills in authentic
