I have become a leader on campus with experience that has given me the ambition to continue for my career goals. I sincerely believe that I reached my success because the IB program emphasized the importance of diversity, giving back, time management, and thinking outside of the box at an early age.”

Mahliyah Adkins-Threats

Richwoods H.S. Class of 2013

Mahliyah skipped her first semester at Truman State University, and will graduate in 3.5 years instead of 4. Her family states the one semester equates to thousands of dollars in savings thanks to the IB credits Truman State accepted from Richwoods. Mahliyah will graduate in December 2016 and will then be working towards her master's and then doctorate in biology. She attended Whittier Primary, Washington Gifted and Richwoods H.S.
