Constructed Image – Album cover constructs a persona for the band, characterised by colours and costumes. They are not wearing ordinary clothes and are not in ordinary positions, they are posing. This constructs an Extraordinary view of the band. First Person Address – Staring at the camera, and thus the viewer. Creates a sense of relatability despite the abnormal conditions of the image.Colour – Black, white, red and skin tones: Black separates artists from background, making them visible. The red of the title and the woman’s lips draws the viewer’s gaze to the centre where the artists are.
