Method :1. Fill Old fashioned glass with ice.2. Put a dash of angostura bitter.3. Add whiskey and Vermouth.4. Stir.5. Garnish with a cocktail cherry. Serve.

Ingredients :1. Canadian club (or other Rye) -60ml2. Lemon juice -45ml3. Sugar syrup -30ml4. Angostura –dash5. Egg white -half no. (preferably use processed egg powder)

Method :1. Fill shaker with ice. 2. Add egg white, lemon juice, sugar syrup, Angostura bitter and the whiskey.3. Shake, strain and pour.4. Garnish and serve.

Garnish : Appropriate fruit (shown here: apple)

Ingredients :1. White rum -60ml2. Lemon juice -10ml3. Sugar syrup (used if the flavouring used is tart)4. Crushed ice

Method :1. In a blender, add crushed ice, lime juice, sugar syrup, rum.2. Blend.3. Garnish and serve.

Note: Preferably fresh fruit or any fruit crush can be used to make various fruit Daiquiris.
