Overview|This work shop then goes on to share knowledge and skills from the world of theatre to allow delegates to be the best communicators they can possibly be. Actors spend years preparing their voice and body before they even start to ‘act’. They learn that preparation of themselves is as critical to a good performance as it is to understand the content they are delivering.

Delegates will end this section equipped with critical tools to enable them to be better prepared, have a greater understanding of themselves, and tune into how they can come across.

Overview|We have all suffered “Death by PowerPoint”. How can you make sure your staff aren’t inflicting it on their clients and prospects? The short answer is: “storytelling”.

Our brains don’t respond well to traditional presentation techniques – like lists of bullet points. Our brains do respond well to stories. We find it much easier to follow a presentation that has a story-like structure, in which each slide joins together to form a cohesive whole. And we’re far more ready to agree with someone who communicates to us in this way.

Traditional presentation training tells us to be clear about what we want to say. But storytelling isn’t just about the content of your story. It’s also about engaging your audience. The true key to successful communication lies in understanding your audience – their needs and wants. This workshop explains how to structure a presentation based on audience needs, so that you can win them over quickly.

Writing Storytelling Presentations will equip your staff with simple, easily-understood storytelling techniques that will make their presentations much clearer – more interesting and enjoyable for their audiences.

Sadly, so many of us can get stuck in vicious unconscious cycles that reinforce the negative self-limiting beliefs that undermine our confidence.
