FINAL MATCH
A final match occurs when the offer receiver and the organization have determined that the probable overlap b/w the persons KSA and other characteristics/motivation and the jobs requirement is sufficient to warrant entering into the employment relationship.
Once this decision has been made, the organization and the individual seek to become legally bound to each other through mutual agreement on the T&C of employment.
Employment contract occurs both in internal and external staffing.
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
An employment contract is an agreement b/w an employee & employer that specifies the term of employment.
Employees are required to give employee written particulars of employment.
The conditions of employment including wages, hours and type of work are generally described in a responsibility of the new employee.
