Devetashka cave

Is huge karst cave in Bulgaria, known for its long term occupancy

for human and other type biological populations during extensive historical periods.

 It is also home to nearly 30,000 bats

The Buzludzha Monument

 The Buzludzha monument – or to give the building its official name, the ‘House-Monument of the Bulgarian Communist Party’ – was envisaged as a symbolic meeting place for the communist regime. 

the peak was built by the Bulgarian communist regime to commemorate the events in 1891 when the socialists led by Dimitar Blagoev assembled secretly in the area to form an organized socialist movement.
