March of Dimes helps moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies. And if something goes wrong, we offer in formation and comfort to families. We research the problems that threaten our babies and work on preventing them.

The March of Dimes is the leading nonprofit health organization that champions the needs of moms and babies in your community and across the nation. We funded the research that lead to the prevention of polio. And we haven’t stopped defending the health of babies since. From pioneering genetic research to promoting folic acid to fighting for lifesaving newborn screening, the March of Dimes continues to do all we can to make sure every baby is born healthy.

Signature Chefs Vegas Night• The Signature Chefs Vegas Night is a fine dining fundraiser in

a relaxed atmosphere with many networking opportunities. • Several local top chefs prepare their best hors d’ oeuvres and

signature dishes for people to try.• The food is prepared by chefs from some of the most

respected, locally owned restaurants in the community. • There are hundreds of guests, including many community

leaders who enjoy fine dining. • Silent auctions, raffles, and a social setting provide for a

casual, yet sophisticated and fun evening.

VIP ReceptionThe VIP reception is available to the top 4 sponsors and

select guests to interact among each other.

• From 5:30-6:30pm the sponsors and select guests may use this time for social and business networking.

• The reception provides a chance for the sponsors and certain guests to familiarize themselves with the games, chefs and prizes while enjoying cocktails.

• All VIP Guests will receive $10.00 in free chips.

Ambassador Family Sponsor 1 Available

• One corporate table for Eight guests (you will be hosting the Division Ambassador Family who represents the March of Dimes at several events and speaks to companies throughout the Heart of Wisconsin Division on birth defects, premature birth, infant mortality and healthy babies)

• Company name and logo place cards on tables• Company name and logo will appear on event mailing

invitations and event posters• One full page ad in event program book• Placement of signage in registration area• Acknowledgement in all media efforts and in an

advertising for the event as Ambassador Family Sponsor• Link to the organization/company website from the

the receipt of this document, recipient agrees not to reproduce or make this information available in any manner to persons outside those directly responsible for the evaluation of its contents.PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

This proposal has been prepared to demonstrate the opportunities and benefits available as a (Insert sponsorship Level) Sponsor of the 2009 Signature Chefs Auction. Involvement in this event will continue to position your company as a community, civic, and philanthropic minded business, while benefiting the March of Dimes mission of assuring every baby a healthy start in life.
