1. People can keep turns of sleeping for sometime if 2-3 people are working together in a shift
2. Shift rotations should be a normal transition i.e., if a person have night shift in this he/she should not have a morning shift next week they can have afternoon shift
3. People who are not willing to take shifts should not be given shifts.
4. They should get regular heath check ups.5. Put more people in night shift as it is very
difficult for a single person to stay awake all night
6. Provide them with some health drinks like milk etc.
7. People who have habit of keeping awake late nights can be a good for night shifts
