Margie Ruppel, Boise State University Amy Vecchione, Boise State University Abstract Boise State University's text reference service is growing in popularity among students. BSU librarians chose SMS software and started the service during Summer 2010. Join BSU librarians Amy Vecchione and Margie Ruppel for this session to learn what types of questions are asked through SMS, students' opinions of the service, as well as helpful guidelines for starting your own text referencing service.
