• Acoustic materials are things that have ability to absorb redundant noise and enhance transmission of sound.

• These materials are usually used for sound insulation, sound absorption, noise control and clarify the sound present inside.

• A number of acoustical materials are available in market who use either one single sound absorbent material, or combine two or more

• Some innovative ones use newly created materials, or use it in altered way.

• Acoustical solutions can be for wall, floor, panels, ceiling and even selective furnitures or technology.

1. Cellulose Panels

• This product is cellulose-based panels which controls &

deadens sound, reduces airborne sound transmission and

blocks outside noises.

• They are made from 65-75% recycled content, recyclable

after use and also no scraps are produced during

manufacture or installation.

• Can be used in replacement for conventional fiber glass or

synthetic panels.

• Class A fire resistant, smooth to touch and easy to handle,

non-toxic.

• They can be wrapped in fabric or other decorative finishes.

Installation The installation method is simple and similar to other panel installations.

Panels are smooth and safe to touch with bare hands.

Installation method does not require any toxic adhesives.

2. Ultra Touch Denim Insulation

• This insulation product is for wall, ceiling and floor insulation

which has been certified by LEED, contributing to earning

12 different credits/pre-requisites .

• It is made from high quality natural fibers which contain

inherent qualities that provide for extremely effective sound

absorption and maximum thermal performance.

• Made from 80% post-Consumer recycled Denim.

• Contain no VOCs, do not itch or irritate, easy to handle.

• Ultra touch is a class A building material, resistant to fire

and mold spores.

Installation

• Give the product a shake prior to installing as it is usually compressed for shipping purposes.

• Install the product between the studs by fitting them perfectly.

• The insulation should fit inside the frame. It can be cut and shaped according to the frames.

• For walls, tuck the product in to fit as it comes slightly oversized than the general wall cavity.

• For ceilings, alternate the direction of the batt’s in each layer and secure to the joists using either wire or a mesh.

3. ALPHAcoustic- City WOOD

• The product is a sound diffuser for acoustic room treatment which

improves speech intelligibility and the overall listening environment

within the room, without adding excessive amounts of sound

absorption materials.

• It helps in conserving sound energy and spreads the sound waves

around to achieve even distribution.

• Controls interfering reflections and provide an ambient uni- formal

sound field using diffusion instead of absorption in small rooms.
