DESCRIPTION
SmartSlope Living Retaining Wall Modules were used to correct and rebuild a structural reinforced slope at this residence along the Severn River in Maryland. The slide gives a listing of the plant species that are installed to cover the finished structure and provide great living aesthetics while creating habitat. this project represents the very best in sustainable, green building for this type of application.

150 each of Astilbe ‘Visions’, Chelone ‘Hot Lips’, Gaura ‘Whirling Butterflies’, Iris ‘Blue Flag’,
Rudbeckia ‘Goldsturm’, Verbena ‘Homestead Purple’, Carex ‘flaccosperma’,
and Panicum ‘Heavy Metal’ have been planted in the walls, just planted in January of 2012.
