2 FLOORBALL TOURNAMENT

After get the mark they can start building the fields with poles, bring the goals and the sticks and start playing some games

When they are all finished we’ll start the tournament. They can make the groups RULES:

EXPLANATION: - One person is the tagger (choose the person) - The others have to escape - 5 balls in the field the balls are saviors. When you have the ball you cannot be

tagged. Pass the ball. - When you’re tagged you are the new tagger, and the other person escapes.

Variation after 3’ new rule: you can only pass the ball with a volleyball technique

2 TECHNIQUE EXPLANATION

- Triangle shape - Over your head - Touch the ball with your fingers toe

1 PLATE SPINNING

To learn how to do plate spinning Sitting in the central circle 2’

EXPLANATION: 2 options to hold the stick it and to start:

1. In the middle part Put the plate over, and turn it with the other hand

2. Opened hand under the stick, close hand (finger 2 pointing up) Put the stick on the top, by its side part, Start making small and fast circles with the stick until the plate stays balanced

Tricks: - Roll on the stick - From stick to finger and the other way - Jump - Jump from hand to stick - Hold the stick with your chin

2 JOGGLING

EXPLANATION: 3 different joggling materials: SCARFS, BALLS, CIRCLES Same techniques for all 3. Steps to learn the technique:

1. Start throwing and catching only one element (scarf/ball/circle) try both hands 2. Add one element (one in each hand) throw – throw – catch – catch

Always throw them to the other hand (diagonal) 3. Two elements but both in one hand same system 4. Three elements (one in a hand and two in the other one) same system.

First throw the first element of the pair, then the element in the other hand and so on

3 BALANCE

EXPLANATION: Show balance material: balance board and monocycle

1. Balance board - Show how to build the material the balance board on the roll - Start with both feet on the board, one side of the board in contact to the floor - One helper in front of you - Try to go to the middle standing on the board

Tricks: - Turn from left to right and so on, keeping the balance - Close your eyes - Jump

2. Monocycle: - Start with a helper and next to a wall

Show how to stand up - one foot on the floor and the other on the pedal - Sitting on the seat, the monocycle diagonally on front of you - Push with your foot and stand up until the monocycle stays in a vertical

position - Try to keep balance (still with a helper)

Tricks: - Go forwards and backwards - Turn - Imagination!

4 DIABOLO

To learn how to do diabolo Sitting in the central circle 2’

EXPLANATION: Show how to start (example while I’m explaining):

- Start rolling the diabolo to the left (if you are right handed) - Put the diabolo up - Move your right hand with small and fast movements to keep the diabolo moving - If the diabolo lose balance, move your arm backward or forwards to rebalance it

Tricks: - Throw it (keep the rope straight to get the diabaolo) - Lift it - Show examples with more tricks

Variation using volleyball technique, pass the ball to a partner before throwing, add more balls
