reach the other bottom line - When someone is lifted he becomes spider

EXPLANATION: Don’t explain anything, just start with the small fights. Explain all the fights while doing an EXAMPLE!
1. Stand on one foot, hand in hand. Make the other be with both feet on the floor 2. Chicken fight from squat position (sitting on your heels) try to pull the other 3. Lying on the floor, hand in hand. Try to pull the other one to your side 4. Stand up, both feet on the floor. Try to make the partner loose his balance
(pushing, feinting…)

2 PASS THE SHUTTLE TO A PARTNER

EXPLANATION: - A racket each one and a ball per pair - Try to pass the shuttle to your partner

3 KEEP THE SHUTTLE IN THE AIR

EXPLANATION: - A racket each one and a ball per group - Try to pass the shuttle to each other keeping the shuttle in the air - Freestyle
Variations: If it’s too easy:
- Take more distance between the members of the group - Try to hit the ball to different highs - Follow an specific order
If it’s too difficult: - you are able to stop the shuttle and then pass it to another one

EXPLANATION: - Try to touch the other’s knees and at the same time not being touch by the others - Keep moving all the time - Within the yellow lines
After 5’ give a ribbon to each one and introduce the following variant: - Try to steal the other’s ribbons - Within the yellow lines - When you steal a ribbon, keep it
2 SMALL FIGHTS

ORGANIZATION: - Each pair take on small mat - Stay in half of the basketball field - 1-2m between mats - TAKE YORU SHOES OFF!
EXPLANATION: Don’t explain anything, just start with the small fights. Explain all the fights while doing an EXAMPLE! Change after 3’ aprox
1. Back to back, stand up without put your hands on the floor 2. Back to back, try to reach the others foot. When you are completely out of the
mat, you are the loser 3. The same, but try to push out of the mat 4. “turtle” position, try to push the other
Rolling is easier! 5. The same but lying on the mat. Untill he is lying on his shoulders
Put an arm below the knee and reach the other knee, the same in the shoulder 6. The same but until someone is completely out of the mat 7. One lying on the floor, the other over him. Try to stand up. 8. On your knees, try to push the other out of the mat. Don’t’ stand up. IMMOBILIZE!

EXPLANATION: - Each group in a line, behind a cone - Everybody with a racket, a shuttle per group
AIM to go to the other cone hitting the shuttle, turn and come back. The next one start WAYS TO HIT:
1. Holding the shuttle on the racket 2. Low hits = 1m 3. Middle hits = 3m 4. High hits = 5m 5. Combine forehand/backhand
The ones who are waiting are sitting on the floor
2 TECHINQUE

EXPLANATION: - Two types of grip forehand and backhand
Show examples of each one - Two types of service forehand and backhand
Show examples of each one Give 5 minutes to try both ways of grip and both services. They can do it with a pair.

EXPLANATION: - Build a field with all the matts together - AIM to reach the other side of the matts - First a team is trying to go there and the other try to defend. Then change roles. - To stop the other team try to immobilize
3 IMOOBILIZE

To learn the technique Sitting on the floor 5’
EXPLANATION: Take someone to give the example AIM to “immobilize” the partner (stay in a way he cannot move) Show the STEPS:
1. Sit next to the person lying 2. Put your closer arm over his neck 3. With the other hand take his further arm and bring it to the other side 4. Keep your chest in contact with his chest and open your legs to gain balance

- Two rackets, two shuttles and a cone per pair - Put the cone on the blue line - From the yellow line, do a service trying to hit the cone - The one who hit the cone more times wins
