DESCRIPTION
ICT makes it possible to create high quality digital resources to share with others, making it possible to see the world through another’s eyes. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the realm of digital photography and image making. This lecture provides practical experience with art software and an opportunity to experiment with ‘geotagging’ digital photographs.

Effective integration of ICT in art and design is typically based on ideas rather than technology. Critically, it would appear to be the quality of ideas (both teachers’ and pupils’) that provides substance and drives new projects and approaches. The technology facilitates this process but is rarely the central focus of the project.
