Any community, team or individual course is a SEQUENCE From the
existing content
5‐level access : MBSPU structuring 1. Typically ONLY
upto 3levels. MBS.
2. HOWEVER. The NEXT level maybe the ACTUAL Content.
3. The MBS itself is a part of a TTTTSSSS (4+4) character Main Project OR Task and subProject OR subTask.
4. Part of Estimation, Workbreak down and Integration with those. Freeform Content structuring on an Topic
2‐level access (SAVA)
1. From 25x999 Maps … 2. Select max. 25 Departments and 99+ subject(s). 3. Set Syllabus and all related Information. 4. Set Hourbyhour Detail. Point to Content. Assign Expert 5. Establish Training Target, Actual & Gap. Dates.
Subject & Topic CODES
Manage 26x100 topics or many
more.
Linked to specific
syllabus, course plans etc.
How this works #1 of 2 • The storyline, storyboard, flow‐plan, goals, objectives should already be
defined by now with the GiCA system.
• It could be a CONTENT‐TOPIC based selection or a SAVA SUBJECT‐ COMPTENCY based selection. after which a 3‐level break‐up is mandatory. ie. It must be at the 3rd level even if you have only one topic, one subject. This would by example and default be MBS AA01.
• Now the first page of communication unders this MBSP would AA01001.
• For this we select the OPTIMAL means of achieveing the goal that incorporates, cost, time, technical, lecturer, target group & more. The unit in MBSPU could be an a=text, b=audio, c=video, d=still, e=animation, f=program.
How this works #2 of 2 • From GiCA the above consolidation of all the a,b,c,d,e & f is listed.
• The 'a' list will go to the Writers. Text, script, story, PDF.
• The 'b' list for example will go the Audio specialistt,The 'c' list ONLY will go to the videographier.
• The 'd' list to the Artists & Computer‐Graphic specialists.
• The 'e' list to the 3D, animators, virtaul world creators.
• And the 'f' list to the programmers. • For example the video shoot plans is the above GiCA c list with all the
MBSPU listed and defined where units = c = video is what is to beshot with the directives, objectives defined for each unit.
A single unit of “capture”
Set the total number of hours. 8, 150, 1000 or more hours.
Set the total number of learning objectives.
