Pancakes

• INGREDIENTS:• 200 g of flour (Type 400, soft)• 2 eggs• 1 tablespoon of oil• 3 dl milk and a little lukewarm water• teaspoon of salt and sugar• PREPARATION:• Take a deeper plastic container into which you pour the flour, add the eggs and about 2 dl milk. Try to whip

and add a little more milk. Tip: You can make the dough just with water or with milk. It is best if you put half mineral water and half milk. It is important that the batter is thick and whisk it until smooth, no lumps, then add more milk, and slightly ad mineral water until you get a dough that looks like a soup. To the scrambled dough, add about 1 dl oil and stir well.Tip: the dough will be better if you leave it for 20-30 minutes. In a pan, pour oil and when it is heated deliver on oil, so that the pan remains just greasy. The temperature at which the pancakes are baked must be high. Leave a few minutes on the stove, and then flip the knife or throw up. Tip: Use only Teflon pans as this will avoid sticking to the bottom. Bake on both sides. After baking fill them.
