From Glenise Anderson - Self Confident Women HI READERS! Happiness & Success Well, here I am safely ensconced in my new abode and surprised at how quickly this year flown! This week I'd like to talk about Happiness & Success and what it means to you. With Christmas coming it's very easy to get caught up in all the hype of who's getting what for Christmas - particularly if you have children. I'd just like to remind you that Success and Happiness is different for everyone. When in a dilemma about what to do in a particular situation, reflect on your values and what's meaningful to you. Your values will always keep you on the right track. To help set you up for a great Christmas and New Year I'd like to give you a little bit of information about a book my good friend, Tony Richards has written. I based my Self Confidence training module from this particular book and it is, of course, the recommended reading. HI READERS!

Happiness & Success

Well, here I am safely ensconced in my new abode and surprised at how quickly

this year flown!

This week I'd like to talk about Happiness & Success and what it means to

you. With Christmas coming it's very easy to get caught up in all the hype of

who's getting what for Christmas - particularly if you have children.

I'd just like to remind you that Success and Happiness is different for

everyone. When in a dilemma about what to do in a particular situation, reflect

on your values and what's meaningful to you. Your values will always keep you

on the right track.

To help set you up for a great Christmas and New Year I'd like to give you a little

bit of information about a book my good friend, Tony Richards has written. I

based my Self Confidence training module from this particular book and it is, of

course, the recommended reading. Tony's books are now available on

www.amazon.com and www.outskirtspress.com

Self Confidence for Happiness & Success

by Tony Richards

Instinctive achievement is the catalyst for the growth of self confidence in all of

us, beginning at birth. As a birthright claim, we should do whatever it takes to

develop our self-confidence. We are entitled to feel good about ourselves all

day, every day...

Many people believe that happiness and success can only come about when we

have access to exceptional circumstances such as physical good looks, money,

great talent or celebrity status. Those gifts would be a fortunate

bonus. However as most of us are ordinary, as opposed to extraordinary, it

doesn’t lessen our entitlement to a life of happiness and achievements.

One of our greatest personal responsibilities is to find happiness and success for

ourselves. This book will provide a proven process for everyone to enhance their

self image and gain and maintain self confidence that will last forever. When you

know how self confidence works you have a great gift that offers unlimited

potential for happiness and success...

Action Steps

It's time to reflect about whether you are where you wanted to be at this time of

the year. Remember back to New Year's Day 2010, what were your dreams and

Page 2: Self Confidence for Happiness & Success

aspirations? Have you fulfilled them?

What are the steps you need to take to move you forward in 2011 - more

exercise, more personal & professional development, better eating habits -

perhaps you need to tweak them all a little!

Take the time to put an Action Plan in place. Make a list of what you want to

achieve next year, research information and courses available in the areas you

would like to learn more.

Over the next couple of weeks you'll be receiving a few emails from me giving

you some of the content from my modules. I hope you find the information

helpful. In the spirit of Christmas, there are also a couple of great FREEBIES

attached to the offer! Feel free to send on to any friends who you think may be

interested.

On another note, you will see we now have Gift Vouchers available, links to our

survey (which I hope you will all fill out and forward to any women who are

currently in the workforce) and other helpful links.

In the meantime, have a great week.

And always remember, "Your future is in great hands - Your own".

Warmest regards,

Glenise Anderson
