Rural Settlements Villages are the most common form of
rural settlement. Engaged in mostly Primary Industry
Agriculture, Mining, Fishing, etc.
Urban Settlements Towns and Cities are the most common
urban settlements. Chicago, Seoul, Zurich, Kampala, etc.
