Time Zones The world is broken up into 24 time zones
divided by the lines of Longitude
Earth’s Revolution Revolution – earth’s movement around the Sun Earth orbits/revolves (goes around) the Sun one
time every 365 days (1 year). The shape of earth’s orbit is an ellipse
