Basics

• Appears at the end of your paper.• Includes citations for all references listed in the

body of your paper. • Has a heading:

o The word “References” with no bold, italics, or underline, centered on your last page.

• Formatted using ½” hanging indentation.• Alphabetized by author’s last name listed first.• Includes only sources you used in the paper.
