By our Junior year, we had so many changes to endure.

And you, Rebecca!
We stayed diverse in our vision—right, James?
By listening to the viewpoints of many.
We found the humor
in so many places!
The way we danced.
The way we dressed.
The way we lightenedthe load .
Ok—so, funny story—When I went back in’ 76 toteach at RLT, this prank by Robert Lemons was still abeing talked aboutin the teachers’ lounge! The teachers still thoughtit was hilarious! I was a student aide during that period. Mrs. Strickland was not laughing nor did she find it funny.

We remember the teachers whoguided us to the end of Senior year.
Well, Mr. King didn’tso much guide ‘us’

We left the world a prettier place. We had the best court ever!
Somehow we made it to that fateful June night when Mr. Newman Smithgave his address –his 1 ½ hour long address –to the Seniors. It was a message sent from above when the goal post began picking up a radio signal and we could no longer hear him. Although, as I recall, somebody (who shall remain nameless) had some Coors under those robes and it made the evening not seem so long…
Diane Carruth Wysockiand Linda Godley:
