What would cause harm?
Tripping over or falling off it.
What is the likelihood of this happening?
Unlikely
How much harm?
Minimal harm, a small bruise or scratch from the impact.
How will this risk be managed?
Make sure the chair in question is safe to use and the floor surface isn’t wet or unstable.
Hazard B:
Fake Blood.
What would cause harm?
Slipping hazard, the actors could slip in it.
What is the likelihood of this happening?
Unlikely, if the actors know where the liquid is situated.
How much harm?
Minimal harm, a small bruise or scratch from the impact- possibly more depending on how violently the actor falls from slipping.
How will this risk be managed?
Run by the actors on where the puddle of liquid will be deposited and make sure it is cleaned up at the end of the filming session.
