BLOWROOM Blow room consists of a number of machines used in succession to open and clean the cotton fiber to the required degree. 40to70% trashes are removed in this action
BLOW ROOM SECTION:
A section in which the supplied compressed bales are opened, cleaned and blending or mixing to form uniforms lap of specific length is called Blow room section. This is the first section of the spinning line.

RIETER Founded in 1795 by
Johann Jacob Rieter (1762–1826), the company initially produced textile product.In 1982, Rieter acquired the British textile machinery company Ernest Scragg & Sons Ltd.

A 11 UNIFLOC AUTOMATIC BALE OPENER:
The UNIfloc A 11 is designed for output of up to 1400 kg/h.
Bales are laid down over a length of 7.2-47.2 meters.
The unifloc A 11 can process up to 4 assortments simultaneously.
The width of the take off unit can be selected between 1700-2300 mm.
B 12 UNICLEAN PRE-CLEANER:
fiber yield with simultaneous efficient cleaning is up to2% higher than on conventional units.
Pre-cleaning without nipping and the use of mote knives results in fiber preserving cleaning.
The large dedusting surface ensure intensive dedusting even at high production performance.
B 72 / B 76 UNIMIXHOMOGENEOUS MIXER:
1)The B 72 / B 76 mixing machine of the bale feed in a minimum of space even with unfavorable bale lay-down.
2)eight mixing champers ensure not only effective mixing but also high production performance.
3)T he easy addition of an opening of cleaner module provides flexibility with the capability to respond to changes in market conditions.
SALIENT FEATURE OF MODERN MIXER :
1. Perfect and homogeneous blending. 2. Simultaneous mixing by doubling
over an extended period of time is achieved in the case of Aeromixer .
3. In auto mixer, stack mixing principle is adopted and it permits a controlled accumulation and doubling of different layers of material and uniform thorough blending of material is achieved (ten times greater than conventional mixer). A 81 UNIBLEND PRECISION BLENDER:
The UNIblend A 81 precision blender sets the highest standard for multi-component blending with an accuracy featuring less than 1 % deviation. The UNIblend A 81 enables four different carding lines to be supplied with different blends.
A 79 UNISTORE STORAGE AND FEEDING MACHINE :
The A 79 UNIstore combined storage, opening and cleaning machine processes natural and synthetic staple fibers up to 65 mm easily and efficiently with an output of up to 1 200 kg/h. Two versions are available: the A 79S serves to open the tufts, the A 79R additionally cleans the tufts.
CHUTE FEED
The Pressure Transducer will sense the air pressure of the main duct line supplying material from Blow Room to Chutes.
