HUMAN RIGHTS
What are human rights?
Human rights are elementary conditions of life, without them to
compliance, people would not able to celebrate for human beigns.
THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS
The most widely accepted human rights document is the UN universal declaration of Human Rights.
This declaration has gone trough the UN on 10th December 1948.
The rights listed in the Declaration ought to have everyone:
men and woman regardless of colour bar,any language are also spoken, any world view is supported by, any religious following are they, whatever financial situation they have, any social environment they live in, andare citizens of any countries.
The Declaration also declared, that Governments must respect this rights
not only its own nationals, but with nationals of other counties too.
THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS CONTAINS ALSO THE
CHILDREN’S RIGHTS
Children have the right to attend school. The elementary schools
must be free.
Schools should be teach children to speak with everyone, irrespective of them country
of origin, religion, or ethnic.
HUMAN RIGHTS STEPPING-STONE IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY
GOOD EXAMPLES, HOW TO OBSERVE THE HUMAN RIGHTS IN OUR SCHOOL IN SZIGETBECSE
THE ENVIRONMENTOur school has provided a healthy life: the building is clear, bright and spacious,
the courtyard is surrounded by green area.
OUR SCHOOL IS A GERMAN MINORITY SCHOOL
The student has the right to education of national and ethnic owners.
STUDENT’S LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Our students take part in the development of he schools rules. In our school is a student’s local government in action, with one of them is representative democratically choosen.
PREJUDICE
Luckily for us there are no prejudices against the students because of religion or ethnic. In our school
are studying our Swabian, Gypsy and Hungarian kids together.
LEARNING BOOKS
Learning books and more materials can use everyone, irrespective of them country of origin, religion,
ethnic, or social situation.
RELIGIONStudents must not disadvantage due to religious beliefs.
In addition, they have to be able to religion and bible class. In our school students can take part on catholic or
reformat religion and moral psychology class.
DELIVERANCEStudents must not disadvantage because of their
conscientiousness belief and thinking.
EXTRA CLASSThe student has the right to get help for his / her
learning works after class.
LEISUREThe student has the right to take part in the cultural school life, academic competition, sport events and projects. In
our school there are a lot of opportunity to do them.
SOCIAL SUPPORTThe student has the right to get social
discount. Our school helps the students with eating- and book support.
CLASSROOM DECORATION
Every pupils can take part in the decoration of
the classrooms.
Plants, curtains, kids works make our
classrooms homelike.
THERE ARE BAD EXAMPLES TOO
AMONG OUR STUDENTS
Unfortunately it happens sometimes
among our students, that they break each other's human rights.
For example, if they speak with their classmates debt
of their religion or a minority use of debt,
referring to its position.
FREE FOR ALLThe student has a right to hold his / her personality in
respect by others. Against physical and psychological violence, corporal punishment do not apply. Unfortunately it happens
sometimes that they exchange bowls.
PARENTS VS. TEACHERS
Most of the parents sign, if they are not satisfied how the teacher deals with their child. Their complaint may be
referred to the Director or the parent- teacher association, but we try to solve the problem direct too.
WE STRIVE HARD TO ELIMINATE
