to produce all the renders and edit them (total 16) in a limited time of 1 week. This

project makes me aware of the culture of the Buddhist religion and how it affects the

design of the retreat. Besides that, this also helps me brush up my rendering skills in

3DS Max.

4.0 Conclusion

All in all, I am grateful to have learned and experience the real world out there as

an assistant architect. I have learned how to produce designs in a short amount of

time and also to amend and color submission drawings and learn of UBBL

requirements and authority requirements. Besides that, budget plays a huge role in

designing as an architect in the real world because all developers want to make the

most out of their money to attract buyers. However, the design should not be

compromised to the budget and should stand out as a functional, sculptural, and

most importantly suited for the people.
