Our Plans Anytime/Anywhere Mastery
Increase, by 10 % each year, the number of Performance Levels
related to the Common Core State Standards secondary students master through the participation in the
blended learning pilot program that is
integrated with our authentic Standards-
based System.
Intific Software will create three digital games that contain quality content and a compulsion to play which will address math Performance Level
11 Learning Targets.
Teachers will learn how to create and deliver instructional multimedia resources that will be
accessible Anytime/Anywhere after taking part in the "Flipped Classroom" training.
Purchased content from Florida Virtual School will provide supplemental online resources and
assessment opportunities in an Anytime/Anywhere environment, allowing teachers to deliver blended instruction.A blended learning pilot, consisting of using a
Learning Management System, Florida Virtual School content, teachers created content, and instructional games that are created by Total Immersion software will deliver and assess
mastery of math Performance Level 11 Learning Targets

To help support the annual 10% increase in the
number of Performance Levels that are mastered by secondary students in the blended learning pilot,
we will provide a more robust technological infrastructure that will
support Anytime/Anywhere
learning, by allowing students to access
content, teachers, and peers while building a body of evidence in a
Standards-based System.
A Learning Management System, containing teacher resources, games created by Total Immersion Software, as well as purchased content, will help teachers integrate blended
instruction into their classes.
Identify, Develop, and Implement improvements to Educate
All district computer systems will effectively communicate with each other, easing workloads and increasing use of data to
drive instruction.
The district will hire a technology support position (sql experience) who will work to ensure system interoperability and
LMS stability as we bring new systems online and integrate existing systems together.

We will implement intensive coaching, online professional development
courses, face-to-face workshops, and
professional learning communities to ensure
effective implementation of the blended learning
pilot while also providing support for future growth.
A Blended Learning Facilitator and a Project Manager will be hired to lead
the blended learning pilot, workshops, and online professional development
courses.
Blended learning professional development will be delivered, for
pilot and other interested teachers, through online courses.
Blended learning pilot teachers will participate in professional learning communities, with both face-to face meetings and online interactions.
