Open GoToMeeting app or go to the website

If you click “Meeting Now”, you have this screen

If you click “Schedule Meeting”, you have this page

To schedule it in Outlook, click schedule

If you click “My Meeting”, you have options to Start, Invite and Edit meeting

In meeting screen, click “Show My Screen”, so others can see your screen

If you click “Change Presenter”, you can see the other computer screen

You have the option to use Drawing Tools

If you click File, you have these options: Edit your name and email,

Edit meeting Subject, Exit.
