What is this course about?

Have you wondered why some brokers earn Rs. 2 lacs per annum while some earn Rs. 2 cr???

The Real Estate Heroes Program has been designed with the intention of providing a systemic approach

to achieving success in the real estate broking business. Based on tried and tested experience of many

successful brokers, this course is a condensed version of their experiences. Moreover the course is

delivered by a real estate professional who himself has gone through the rut of failure and finally

evolved as a successful broker.

For participating in this course you must be in a position to spare 1 hour per week for a period of 6

months. The reason the course has been spread over 6 months is to hand hold and guides the trainee

broker and ensures that he succeeds.

This is not a sales training course, but much more.

How do I enroll?

1. Lack of focus – Most brokers are not specialists, rather they try to do what ever comes to them.

This lack of focus costs them lot of time and gives only failure. Clients want specialists.

2. Being out of the money – Rather than closing the small transaction in hand, most brokers

runafter the next big “deal”.

3. Time Management – Most clients DON’T respect the brokers time. This is because the broker

himself does not respect his time.

During the introductory session, all your queries would be addressed and you will have an opportunity

to register for the forthcoming batch.

How much does it cost?

Upon registration you will get the following –

1. Up to 24 sessions conducted weekly for a period of one hour. (may differ for cities other than

Bangalore where sessions may be combined)

2. One call per week for half an hour with your coach. This is an essential part of the training,

where the coach and you get to have a one-on-one interaction where the coach will give you

real life solutions to your problems.

3. Each batch will be a group of 4-8 brokers (typically 6). You get the opportunity to interact and

exchange leads with the other attendees. It is a great networking opportunity.
