The  term  “Research  Data”  means  the  recorded  factual  material  commonly  accepted  in  the  research  and  scholarly  communiAes  as  necessary  to  validate  research  findings,  but  not  any  of  the  following:    preliminary  analyses,  dra_s  of  scholarly  manuscripts,  plans  for  future  research,  peer  reviews,  or  communicaAons  with  colleagues.
