• The for my questionnaire was to find out my audiences opinion on the thriller genre and how I could apply the feedback to my opening to a thriller

I included this question to find out what age group my target audience were. My results show that most of target audience are aged 13-16. it is evident that 60% of my audience were aged 13-16 and the rest were 40%. Having analysed my findings I will make sure that my opening thriller will be aged to the certain age group This has not informed my planning as I originally intended to my audience to be aged around 13-16

I included this question to find out what movie my audience preferred from their chosen sub-genre. My results show that a majority of my audience prefer The Dark Knight. This is evident as 10 out of 30 of my audience chose The Dark Knight. Having analysed my findings I will make sure that most of the elements of my opening have been taken from The Dark Knight. This has informed my planning as I had originally planned on taking elements mostly from Memento but now I have found out that The dark knight was more popular than Memento

I included this question to find out which Mise en scène would be more effective to my audience. My results show that the most effective Mise en scène was enigma and the reason most of my audience chose this was because they said that it builds tension to the audience. This evident as 30% of my audience chose enigma. This is evident as 13% more of my audience chose Male. Having analysed my findings I will make sure that on my Opening the protagonists will me Male . I included this question to find out what movie opening was effective to my audience and their reason why so which I could use the elements on to my movie opening. My results show that most of my audience thought that Drive had the most effective opening. This is evident as 9 out of 30 of my audience chose Drive. Having analysed my findings I will make sure that my opening thriller is based on most of the elements Drive had used. This has informed my planning as I originally intended to use elements from The Dark Knight as I had thought most of the audience would appeal to it.
