From this question I have discovered 16 year old would prefer to read topics involving real life stories and gossip whereas 17 year olds prefer to read about celebrities and fashion as well as real life stories. I found that 18 year olds like to read about celebrities and 19 year olds like to read about real life stories, agony aunt, gossip and celebrities. If I was to do my questionnaire again I would ask more 19 and 18 year olds but also add more topics to choose from.

The majority of people said they would prefer mixed colours on the front of the magazine although pastel was also popular with the 16 year olds and blue was popular with the 17 year olds.

The most popular magazine was OK! From the 16,17 and 19 year olds whereas the 18 year olds said they read Heat magazine. These magazines are very similar with a target audience of teenagers so I could use these magazine as a secondary source of research to give me an idea on the topics, colours, fonts used throughout their magazine.

All of the people I asked said they would like to see pictures of celebrities and students on the front cover of their magazine, nobody wanted to see teachers and stationary, if I was to do this again I would add more options as the what people would like to see on the front cover.

All of the 17 year olds I asked said they would like separate sections for boys and girls but more 16 year olds said they would like the magazine to be mixed. All of the 18 year olds said they wanted the magazine to be mixed whereas all of the 19 year olds said they wanted separate sections.
