Magazines published

IPC Media publish a wide range of magazines from web user which is a computing magazine to look which is a basic celebrity gossip magazine, as you can see it covers a wide range of different genres.

Some other magazines IPC publish are: NME, country life, TV times, Marie Claire, loaded, golf

Market share

IPC media produces over 85 iconic media brands, with their print brands alone reaching almost 2 thirds of uk women and 44% of the uk men – this is almost 27 million uk readers every single month

IPC’s diverse print and digital portfolio offers something for each and everyone such as a main focus and three audiences men, women and upmarket women.

Brand identity

IPCs brand identity is a very diverse publishing lower brow magazines such as pick me up and TV times.

This opens IPCs doors to a number od social groups, age ranges and class variations.

Company size

IPC media have one main head office based in London although they have seven other office locations in Manchester, Dorset, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Berkshire

I don’t think these would be ideal to publish my magazine a I have already said that I want my magazine to be a higher brow when being publishing such as vogue or Q.

My magazine would fit in this publishing house because of the higher market it offers and due to the fact it has a space when it comes to the music industry my magazine could potentially fill the gap.
