INTRODUCTION
Social Experiment in Taylor’s University
This experiment is about a few of us crossing an imaginary
line
To test their responses
METHOD
(PARTICIPANTS)
Participants who took part in this social experiment are
from Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus.
They do not acknowledge the presence of this experiment
in the beginning.
To prove the concepts through their natural reaction.
Participants will then be interviewed.
METHOD
(APPARATUS/MATERIALS)
Actors and actresses- Ahmad Ashraf, Ng Wai Khong, Agnes Yeo and Kong Xhiang Lynn.
Pretend to cross an imaginary line.
Recording- Lynette Law
To film the reactions of the participants.
Another camera is also set up to film the whole process.

FIRST CONCEPT:
CONFORMITYA type of social influence involving a change in
belief or behaviour to if in with a group
CONCEPT 2: SELECTIVE ATTENTIONOne pays attention only to messages that address a need or
interest which is consistent with the individual’s attitudes,
opinions and beliefs.
CONCEPT 3: SCHEMA Cognitive framework or concept that helps organize and
interpreting information
CONCEPT 4: SITUATIONAL ATTRIBUTIONPeople infer that a persons’ behavior is due to situational or
external factors.
CONCEPT 5: PLURALISTIC IGNORANCEA situation in which a majority of group members privately reject a
norm, but incorrectly assume that most other accept it and they
will go along with it.
