Vision

To qualify students with the necessary tools, such as facilities, technology and knowledge, so they could develop a satisfactory profile for the workforce and personal development.

Academic Product

The students will be able to perform their knowledge and will have the ability to work for a profesionist in the field they chose that could be veterinary, languages and engineering . They will have a certificate that avail their studies and with that certificate they will be able to find a job where they can be with a profesionist because the students will have the basic knowledge of their career. The students will be able to work as assistants according to their career.

Requirements for teachers to he hire

-Valid teaching certification.-Minimum experience of two years.-Specialized in translation. (required for languages teachers)-Have a degree and a master-Accreditation exams in the language. (languages teachers)-Teacher training courses-Have a specialty in the field of veterinarian medicine

Everyday the students would have four classes and every class would last one hour.

Decalogue

For students:● Be punctual. Students must arrive on time to class; they will only have a tolerance of 10 minutes.● Respect the others. Students should respect their partners and teachers when talking; they are not

allowed to insult on school.● Rise your hand to participate.● Hand in tasks on time and according to the teacher's instructions.● Don't use cellphone in class. The only reason students would be allowed to use it is when they are in

an emergency. ● Bring the required material .● Keep the classroom clean and in good conditions.● Ask for permissions every time it is necessary to go to somewhere (stationery, bathroom, etc)● Don’t do other tasks that do not belong to the class. ● Avoid introducing food into the classroom.

For teachers:Arrive on time or before the students.Don’t miss classes and if so, notify of it. Check and grade the homework according to the quality of it on time. Don't use the cellphone in class.When a student is giving an opinion, don’t interrupt them and answer all their doubts.Plan the class and carry the necessary materials to teach a successful class.Respect the time of every class and finish it on time. Keep your work area clean.Show respect towards other teachers to teach your students to be respectful.Throw garbage in the trash can to be an example for students for cleaning the classroom.

Reward System Plan

Give an extra point to the best final project.

Recognize the student with the higher grade after every exam. And recognize the teacher who has had the greatest passing rate.

Make some questions at the end for the class about the topic to identified the weakness or what point needs reinforce.

Assign more points in portfolio and a considerable point to homework and exams.Apply some surprise quizzes to make sure the independent work.

Group Project

For the veterinarian course

Objective: Students will prove what they learnt during the course.

Product: A paper which contains the topics that have been learnt in the class and a presentation using creativity and being easy to explain their knowledge to the others.

Organization: It will be a group of three.

Roles: One of the students will be in charge of organizing the others. Another will be in charge of designing the presentation and the other one will be the one who present their project. All of them should work on the compilation of the information.
