Problem Statement

Ideation: Idea selected

1. Coordination between the biggest companies and universities to know the skills the companies are looking forand allowing the students to do short internships during their studies and beginning a pre-selection of future employees.

I decide to choose one idea and develop two prototype

Prototype 1

a. University send Company• Information of the students • Profiles of the students like age´s, interest, skills • Names, of the students with best grades

b. Company send University• The employees they need, describing skills abilities and aptitudes• The knowledge they need • The average of ages

c. Internship: Between the company and university they choose a period of time (1 month approx..) to do internships with 5 or 10 students.

d. Group Pre-selectedFrom the 10 students that have done the internship and accomplish the needs of the Company the University and Company can preselected students that once they have graduated they will be hired.

information about the skills and abilities the University and Company professionals of the future must have - Is not a innovated idea. according to the vision and developing of the Company

Questions Ideas • What is the difference between the internship - Change of idea. that the Companies do today and internship proposed?. • The students are in what year of university?• What kind of information does the University give to the company? ¿ why?

Written Reflection:The idea solves the problem and is creative. It can work, because today in the Colombian Market is does not exists and can help students graduated to find a job in a short time.
