Introduction

•We are about to discuss the reasons for the success of a very important search company like "Google ".It has taken the last 10 years of systems software research out of university labs, and built their own proprietary production quality system, improve the infrastructure to make their engineers more productive ,to provide them with : relaxation ,good food ,sleeping hours, pets & cars caring and other means of entertainment.why we don’t do that ??

Internal schools•In our colleges every person suffers from

travelling from his home to college, this problem appears with all students whose home was very far from the college and addition to traffic

•In my opinion I see that we could make our college like the internal schools, to get rid of the traffic jam in our country

the fresh food•You'll have more energy.•You'll feel alive just like your food.•You'll nourish your body with food that is

designed to be eaten

Gym• In order to study well, we've to be staisfied, To have

good education,the student must play , laught and spend good time beside studying and make them spent alot of time togther so that will make them a family and help eachother in educationif we did all of that the education quallity will increase

• You might think that athletics will take up all your study time. But research shows that who play sports do better in college and are more likely to graduate than those who don't. Exercise improves learning, memory, and concentration, which can give active girls an advantage when it comes to the classroom.

with pleasure, as association that is necessary in order to maintain reading as a lifelong activity.

Benefits of Music in Education •Early musical training helps develop brain

areas involved in language and reasoning. •Music study enhances teamwork skills

and discipline•Music study develops skills that are

necessary in the workplace. It focuses on "doing," as opposed to observing, and teaches students how to perform, literally, anywhere in the world.

your class room enviroment effects how will you learn

•Do you ever find yourself drowsing off to sleep in class, drowning out the professor’s lecture, or mindlessly staring at the classroom clock counting down the minutes till you can be freed from utter boredom? Chances are, it might not be the monotone voice of the person teaching in front of the room, It could very well be the room itself.

•So if you find yourself feeling tired, irritated, or perhaps even hungry during class (or where you’re studying), one of the following colors or shades of your learning environment can effect your mood for example :

•Blue :relax, soothe, and make us feel more spiritual and centered

•Green: tend to calm and relax, can improve reading ability

•Pink: While calming and feminine, pink can make one feel passive and less energetic.

Sociological Most students are not aware of the sociological factors that positively affect their ability to study effectively so the presence of psychologists will help students succeed academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally. They collaborate with educators and other professionals to create healthy, and supportive learning environments. Talking therapies can help students work out how to deal with negative thoughts and feelings and make positive changes.They can help students who are feeling distressed by difficult events in their lives as well as people with a mental health problem.

Conclusion:• So if we can apply this here in our faculty, we'll be

able to take from the students better results. In the faculty of engineering the student are more successful than other student, but they need a rest to be able to continue their study during the day and if we built our complex as in Google we will fulfill our needs. There's a break between sections for 3 hours every day. The question is: what useful can we do in this break?? The idea of "Cairo Complex Faculty" I think is the answer for this question, to let student ready to complete their classes, show their talents and refresh their mind.
