Why do we need a Maintenance Plan? Regular maintenance is the best way to ensure the continued

preservation and future use of a designed landscape. Such work is part

of the day-to-day responsibility of all owners and occupiers.

Maintenance is most effective when carried out regularly, on a planned cycle

Good maintenance needs the regular investment of small amounts of time and money, but the cost of preparing and carrying out a planned maintenance programme should be far less than the costs resulting from a series of unplanned major repairs, and will help you plan your future financial commitments and fundraising needs

Healthy growth of all plants and aesthetic aspects
