PROGRESS ON MY POSTER

Here shows some evidence of how I managed to progress from an original photograph

that I took to an edited photo using Photoshop.

CREATING THE ‘CRACKED EFFECT’ USING PHOTOSHOP

This is The photograph of before I began to put the ‘cracked’ effect on Bruce.

STAGE 1

Above shows my mid progress on the effect. I made the photograph a transparent effect by using different brushes and effects. Also by making the photo black and white and intensifying the black cracked outlines to stand out more on the face.

STAGE 2

Here shows the final cracked effect I did this by using the rubber tool as shown on the right hand side on the tool bar to rub out the rectangular outline to give a more smooth and realistic look. I also made the cracked image slightly lighter so it didn’t over power the face.
