PROGRESS OF DPS

This is the original picture that I chose to use for my DPS

I made the background a bit more transparent and I added the other half of the DPS, where the article will be placed.

I added the initials of the artist as the title. This indicated that the article is about him and I added subtext about him. I also credited the writer and photographer.

I then added some opening text, containing some information about the artist and the genre of music.

I then inserted the main article which is an exclusive interview the artist himself. I decided to do an interview because I though that people would rather read what the artist himself is saying rather than what writers say about him. This is because the writers have a limited amount of knowledge about the artist. As we can see from the article there is some first hand information that the artist hasn’t told any one else.

I decided to add a pull out quote, in order to fully express the views and opinions of the artist. With the pull out quote that I inserted it is clear to the reader that he has a winning mentality and he accepts the hate and sees it as sign that he is doing well.

I finally added some small details which are the magazine’s website and the page number. The page number is needed in order for the reader to know where to look for the article that is displayed on the contents page.
