Amit Khurana was last working as the Executive Vice President – HR at YES Bank. He has over

17 years of cross functional experience in all the facets of Human Resources, Business

Development, Project Management, Risk & Operations with MNC Companies like Prudential

UK, GE Capital, AVIVA, Fullerton (Temasek, Singapore), New York Life, BNP Paribas Bank in

India and UK.

Amit holds a degree in Electronics and Law. He has completed his management degree from Institute of

Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad, India and has also completed the Human Resources Executive

Program from University of Michigan, USA.

Amit has worked extensively in the areas of Recruitment, Competency design, Succession management,

Learning & Development and Leadership Development. Amit has been active in various industry forums like

the CII, National HRD Network and All India Management Association (AIMA). He has contributed across

varied functions such as Corporate Employee Relations, Compensation, Job Evaluation and Career Planning in

specialist roles.
