DESCRIPTION
Multiplication Practice
Citation preview
Directions: You need 2 paper clips and 15 game markers for each player. You can use pennies and nickels, 2 color counters, beans in two colors, or two colors of paper cut into squares. Player 1: Place each paper clip on the two factors you want to multiply. Multiply and put your marker on the product. Player 2: Move one paper clip to change one of the two factors. Multiply and put your marker on the product. The winner is the first player to get four products in a row. Variations: A) Players use an X and O to mark their spots. Keep the game boards and see what number is best to start with or see how few moves it takes to win. B) Play cooperatively by finding a way to win in fewer moves.
