Audience

Parents of preschool aged children (3-5 years old)

Getting parents of children this age to be conscientious of their child’s diet early on could potentially lead to adaptive eating habits later on in life.

Preschool is a time where eating becomes more of a social event. Eating snacks and lunch with peers can potentially lead to bad eating habits and lead to unhealthy food choices.
