HOW TO MAKE FRENCH CREPES

PURPOSE

Easy Can be refrigerated Don’t have to travel to France to eat french

crepes

SAFETYIF YOU DON’T WANT TO GET BURNED

Don’t touch the frying pan with your finger when is hot

Don’t flip over your crepes if you don’t know the techniques, it can end up on your hand, or head.

INGREDIENTS FOR 15 PERSONS- 250 GRAMS OF FLOUR

4 eggs ½ liter of milk

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

2 teaspoons of salt

Zest of 2 lemon 50 grams of butter

UTENSILS

Serving plate Ladle

Medium frying pan Large bowl

Whisk Wooden spatula

STEP 1PUT THE FLOUR IN A LARGE BOWLTHEN ADD THE 4 EGGS, SALT, VEGETABLE OIL AND ZEST OF LEMON

STEP 2

Use the whisk to mix together well, then pour the milk

keep stirring until the mix becomes uniform

MAKE THE CREPESSTEP 3TURN THE HEAT TO MEDIUM TO ALLOW THE FRYING PAN TO WARM UPMELT A LITTLE BIT OF BUTTER IN THE FRYING PAN TO PREVENT IT FROM STICKING

STEP 5Use a serving spoon ( ladle) to put the crepes mix into the frying pan( just to make a thin layer)

Move the frying pan in circle to evenly cover the pan with the mix

TURN THE CREPE AND COOK THE OTHER SIDE FOR ONE MINUTE APPROX,

Flipping Just use the spatula

REMOVE THE CREPE AND PLACE IT IN A SERVING PLATE ( DON’T USE ANY SPOON BECAUSE IT SHOULD EASILY SLIDE ON THE PLATE)
