Presentation skill :

Presentation skills basically refer to the ability to communicate in an effective way whether in small or large groups. The process involves explaining and showing the content of either a topic to an audience.

Presentation is divide in four part:1. Introduction 2. Main Body3. Conclusion4. Thinking on feet

Points to make presentation successfully:a) Process involved for a successful presentation : 1.Planning:

Assessing needs of audience

Presentation Tools: Using different audio visual aids.

Structure - beginning and ending points. Subject competence

How to grab attention of the audience at the start of the presentation

How to motivate those who are not interested in sitting through the presentation

How can a presenter successfully entice the participants to listen

To enable participants to hear and review their own voice on tape

2.The power of voice :

To examine the power of voice when used effectively during a presentation

To review some of the techniques to help make the voice more effective

3.Using nervous energy to your advantage:

To understand why people become nervous before giving a presentation

To help a presenter lessen and overcome these nerves

To experience and practice : how to manage stage fright

4.Managing difficult audience:

manage audience members who display negative body language
