• To become a better athlete you can not just focus on building strength, speed and power. You have to spend quality time focusing on mobility as well. Having proper mobility can make a huge difference in how long you play your chosen sport.• Tight muscles and muscle tissue will limit your range of motion, and can hinder your ability to perform at a high level in your chosen sport.• Not having enough mobility can cause muscle imbalances that could later result in injury.
